Why I Do What I Do

I help real estate agents break free from the mold and build businesses that don’t just succeed, but THRIVE. I’ve seen too many talented people lose themselves in the pursuit of success — phony, bmw-leasing, fake-it-til-you-make-it 💩.

While rehearsing that sketchy script may bring you success in the short-term, if it isn’t YOU, it creates misalignment (and that leads to gray hairs and burnout).

I began capping in my first complete year with KW. My business is about 70% sphere and past clients and 30% agent referrals. My passion is developing deep connections to my clients and they become friends.

I host client events, brand myself heavily using social media and print marketing, and form lifelong relationships.

A part-time leadership role, I host a monthly class: How to Earn $100K in Real Estate where I have around an 80% commitment rate from attendees (unlicensed agents) to join our brokerage. This class has been consistently held monthly for the past 3.5 years. I have a workshop for Leadership where I give all systems related to this course.

I also hold appointments with unlicensed agents to fire them up once they’ve scheduled their testing and get them ready to commit to joining our brokerage.

During my time in this role, I brought in agents by speaking at real estate schools. My recruits accounted for 21% of the net agent gain for our MC that year. I also developed a full talent pipeline system, which Jason Abrams interviewed me for. This inspired my “Build a Team w/out a Team” course.

KWU-Approved Trainer

After having taken Dick Dillingham’s Train the Trainer Advanced and getting the green light on the first go-round, I became a KWU-Approved Trainer. I am currently pursuing Master Faculty and expect that achievement in 2025.

Network marketing professional

In my past life, I was a network marketing professional with one of the longest running direct sales companies in the US. My organization grew to 25 direct and 40 in my total downline. I achieved top 6% in that company and still get monthly overrides.

I taught all across the country mostly focusing on marketing and social media.
